TAMS will be in contact with you to discuss what you are looking for in a home loan and what home loan options you would like. During this conversation TAMS will organise with you when an appropriate time is for you to send your documents through and when you would like your consultation.
TAMS will list a number of documents that they will require to be able to provide you with a complete report on your home loan needs. TAMS requires these documents at least 24 hours prior to your consultation to enable an accurate Statement of Loan Advice to be prepared for you.
You and a TAMS Mortgage Specialists will attend a meeting (either in person or via phone) in which TAMS will prepare and present to you a full statement of Finance Advice. Included will be various product comparisons, a detailed listing of costs associated with your home loan. Comparison Rate schedules and TAMS recommendation.
TAMS will assist you in completing the relevant forms and applications for your Right Home loan. You will need to ensure that you have all your supporting documentation in place and all original forms are held by TAMS
TAMS will submit your application once complete and all other supporting documentation is received to your lender.
TAMS will advise you once your application is conditionally approved with the lender
You will be advised once a valuation has been ordered
Once the valuation/s are received back and all other outstanding conditions have been met, an unconditional approval will be issued.
Mortgage documents will be issued by the lender generally within 3 working days of unconditional approval. You will need to sign these and some of these documents will need to be witnessed by a solicitor of a JP.
Your Loan Settles. The Champagne flows, and you move into the right home loan for you.
TAMS will be in contact shortly after your settlement to make sure that all accounts and other matters have been received by you and that you understand everything about your home loan.
